For farming they made a name for a crop production which is called slash and burn, slash and burn is where they cut down the trees and burn them to make ash. Ash is a fertilizer for the farm. They affected agriculture by producing crops and raising livestock. The Mayans hunted monkeys,birds and other animals around the jungle. The weapons they hunted with was Bow and arrow, knife, spears and more.
2.) The trade in the Mayan civilization was important. There were different trades in the mayan civilization , There was silent bartering and the regular style of trading. Silent barter is goods traded for other goods without use of money. The regular style of trading is exchanging money for goods. The goods were salt, fish, hard stone , honey , cocoa and manufactured goods such as paper.
3.) They managed the behavior of the mayan people by having a political structure ( hierarchy ). The nobles and kings owned the political structure. The mayan civilization had a legal system for the mayans people behavior. There is certain laws that involve the behavior of mayas people.
